Cancellation Policy

Frenesi Fashion ships from our warehouse based in Hong Kong, CN & Bangalore & Chandigarh -IN. Articles are processed within 48 hours of placement hence cancellations after 24 hours of order placement will not be entertained.

All cancellations will be issued in the form of a credit note, store credit or a gift card. No payments will be refunded 

  • In case you want to cancel the order placed, the same can be done within 24 hours of placing the order. The refund shall be issued in the form of a credit note/ coupon code/store credit redeemable at www.frenesifashion.com (Validity 4 months). We do not offer cancellation after 24 hours as products are processed on demand.
  • The frenesifashion.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met due to non-availability of the article/lockdown/ inability to meet delivery requests etc. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
    A refund     Note Will be issued for the same via SMS and Email. The same shall be refunded in the form of a CREDIT NOTE or GIFT CARD
  • Pending orders that delivery timeline of 60 working days due to non-controllable circumstances (delay in custom clearances/ extreme weather conditions/ lockdown impositions, article unavailability) can be cancelled or will be cancelled from the company's end and a credit note will be issued against the same order with 6 months validity. 
  • Any orders if misplaced/ damaged in transit will be replaced subject to the availability of the product (opening video will be required to prove damages). If the same is unavailable the order will be cancelled and a credit note of the same amount + 100 credits will be issued with a 6 month validity. 

All Cancellations/Returns are issued via Credit Note / Gift Card Only. A monetary refund will not be provided under any circumstances.
