Return Policy

Frenesi accepts one time returns on clothing articles that you're not satisfied with your purchase. 

Footwear is only available for size exchange. If the size is unavailable a credit note will be issued against the same value. 
No returns are accepted on accessories, handbags , swimsuits & lingerie due to hygiene issue.

 To be eligible for a return,

• your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Any signs of usage may lead to decline of your return.

In case of any defects , we will require an opening video of the parcel as all articles undergo quality check before dispatch. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@frenesifashion.com within 7 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Reverse pickup is also available at Rs 110/-

After successful return we issue a credit note/ gift card of the value equivalent to the price of the product- shipping cost of Rs 50 (excluding any discounts/shipping). The same is valid for 6  months for purchase on our website www.frenesifashion.com 
We don't offer cash / online source refunds. 

 Disclaimer: The colour in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting. Slight colour/contrast issues won't be eligible for returns/exchange.
