We use trusted shipping companies such as DTDC, Fedex and BlueDart as our domestic logistic partners.
Pre-Orders Articles-Since we update our inventory with new designs every day to provide our customers with the maximum selection to choose from, most articles are available on pre-order. The same shall take a minimum of 15-25 working days in total to deliver in India. We shall not entertain any cancellations. 
Customs duties and other requisites are borne by team Frenesi and are included in your invoice total. Processing time of 9-13 working days and International transit + Custom Clearance period of 15 working days is required to f Pre Order shipments.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once the order is connected via local courier after customs c.

 We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay in delivery time. Deliveries to North East India may take additional 5-9 working days.

In summary, your total waiting time is Processing Time + Shipping Time (INCLUDING CUSTOM CLEARANCES) . The estimated delivery time is 25 working days from the date of order placement. The orders may take extended time if there is a delay in customs clearances.

The Transit Time depends on the local courier service which is usually between 5-7 working days in India


Our executives cannot make any alterations to the time period already mentioned.

Unexpected Delays in custom clearances might occur in certain cases in which delivery time may extend .In such case, Frenesi cannot be held accountable.

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.  FRENESI does not provide refunds to customers for abandoned orders due to failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, FRENESI cannot offer reimbursement for the package lost due to delivery address issues.
