Exchanges- In case you are not satisfied with the size or quality of the product received you can simply raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order by simply writing us at support@frenesifashion.com with your order number. Exchanges must be self shipped to our office in India. Exchange timeline shall be informed based on the availability of the product stock. Order can be exchanged only once . Please WhatsApp us on +91 9877562085 for our team to assist you with size information.

Please make sure that the exchanged items contain all original tags and packaging and are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed .

Packages received without original invoice/tags/packaging shall not pass exchange check.  Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse the exchange.
 Please use a reliable courier service for back shipping. The costs for the exchange must be borne by the customer.


Products like Swimwear, Lingerie , Statement Jewellery & Accessories and FaceMask are not eligible for exchange/return due to standard hygiene policy. 
No Exchange/Return/Cancellation applicable on final Clearance sale articles.

Cancellations-

  • In case you want to cancel the order placed, the same can be done within 24 hours of placing the order. The refund shall be issued in the form of credit note/ coupon code/store credit  redeemable at www.frenesifashion.com (Validity 4 months). We do not offer cancellation after 24 hours as products are processed on demand.
  • The frenesifashion.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met due to non availability of the article/lockdown/ inability to meet delivery requests etc. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time. Refund Note Will be issued for the same via SMS and Email. The same shall be refunded in a form of CREDIT NOTE or GIFT CARD
  • Pending orders if exceeds the delivery timeline of 60 working days due to non controllable circumstances (delay in custom clearances/ extreme weather conditions/ lockdown impositions) can be cancelled and the Credit Note can be availed against the same.

All Cancellations/Returns are issued via Credit Note / Gift Card Only. Monetary refund will not be provided under any circumstances.
