Frenesi accepts one time returns on clothing articles that you're not satisfied with or wrongly delivered (in case). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any signs of usage may lead to decline of your return.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@frenesifashion.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Reverse pickup is also available at Rs 50/-

After successful return we issue a credit note/ gift card of the value equivalent to the price of the product (excluding any discounts/shipping). The same is valid for 6 months for purchase on our website www.frenesifashion.com 
We don't offer cash / online refunds. 

Footwear is only available for size exchange. No returns are accepted on accessories, handbags, swimsuits & lingerie due to hygiene policy.
