We offer refunds in the form of store credit only. To be eligible for refund , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any signs of usage may lead to decline of your return. The return must be reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel. 
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@frenesifashion.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return snstructions on how and where to send your package. Reverse pickup must be arranged by the sender. After successful return (once the article is received at our facility and undergone quality check) we issue a credit note/ gift card of the value equivalent to the price of the product (excluding any discounts/shipping). The same is valid for 6 months for purchase on our website www.frenesifashion.com 
We don't offer cash / online refunds.
 Disclaimer: The color in images on the website can vary slightly due to product shoots in professional lighting. Slight color/contrast issues won't be eligible for returns/exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items on clearance sale, Intimate wear( Lingerie & Bralettes), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Jewellery, Handbags and personal care goods (such as beauty products) .
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items,gift cards and clearance articles.

Exchanges
Frenesi Offers one-time exchange on size only. In case an exchange size is not available the same product can be exchanged against another product. No order shall be Eligible for exchange twice.The exchange must be reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
